Meeting with Twinkle Khanna, the accomplished author and wife of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, was truly a delightful and enriching experience.

This special interaction was arranged by my dear friend Ravi Marwah, CFO of Crossword Bookstores, during her book launch event. I had the privilege of presenting my book to her, which she warmly received with genuine curiosity.

We had an engaging conversation about ancient Indian practices like Mallakhamb. When I mentioned challenging Akshay Kumar to try Mallakhamb, it brought a charming moment of laughter.

She also shared her own inclination toward yoga and pranayama, expressing interest in practicing together in the future.
