My meeting with Swami Chidanand Saraswati in 2023 at Parmarth Niketan Ashram was nothing short of a divine blessing.
As the spiritual head of one of the largest ashrams in India and the guiding force behind the International Yoga Festival, his presence embodies compassion, wisdom, and global influence.
What made this experience truly extraordinary was his warmth and memory. When I met him again after my earlier visit in 2015, he graciously remembered me.
In a profoundly sacred setting during the Ganga Aarti, he launched my book and appreciated the depth, research, and intention behind the work.
